I am constantly inspired by what is going on around me, not just in the sense of my proximal experiences but what is happening astrologically, what have I read is going on in the world, and what feelings are being evoked within me. Nature blesses me every day through its beauty, and I can be inspired to teach an entire class by what a fallen leaf may have made me feel.
Why I Practice
Yoga has allowed me to remove myself from the preconceived notions of what I need to do to be happy and has allowed me to find bliss in just being.
Why I Teach
I teach yoga not so I can stand up in front of a room of people and make them believe in me, but rather so I can help others believe in themselves. We are all filled with magic and wonder, and through yoga, I hope to allow others to explore their own creative outlets and connect with their own light.
