I am inspired by the work of Kryshnamacharya as passed down through Patthabi Jois and Iyengar and my teacher Alan Finger and also Gary Kraftsow"s Viniyoga. The work of Joseph Pilates through my teacher Romana Kryzanowska. I have been blessed with so many amazing teachers!
Why I Practice
I practice to maintain a healthy body and healthy outlook. My practice develops my strength, flexibility and awareness and enables me to live life more fully and contribute positively to the world.
Why I Teach
I teach to share my own knowledge and experience ...and to learn from others. We are a community.
