Why I Practice
It gives me the tools to face anything that arises in my life. Physical practice keeps me strong in my body and gives me mental clarity. Breath work clears and balances my energy. Meditation focuses and calms my mind.
Why I Teach
I absolutely love it. It is a joy to see people deepen their connection to themselves on the mat, to strengthen and open their body and leave the room feeling great! I also love the community created through yoga.
