Why I Practice
I practice Pilates because it not only strengthens my core but gives me a sense of stability in my life. It is integrating emotionally and physically. I practice Yoga because it helps me align my body with my mind and spirit.
Why I Teach
I teach Pilates because I suffered from back pain and I would like to help others feel the same strength in their center of gravity as I do now while having fun. I teach Yoga because it adds to the peace in your life and I want to help people create space for peace in their lives.
