I was inspired to follow the path of teaching in order to serve others, both through yoga and my ongoing training in psychology. I am grateful to my teachers Hannah Muse, Kenny Graham, Ann Averbach, and Denise Lapides for their powerful and diverse contributions to my expression of teaching.
Why I Practice
I practice to be awake and present in the beauty that surrounds us, always.
Why I Teach
I dedicate my teaching to building a mindful and loving community. My classes strike a balance between challenge and deep release, but more importantly, they are intended to ignite reflection and awareness in order to clear the way for stillness. I have been teaching since 2014 and am currently working toward my 500-hour certification.
