Why I Practice
I practice to find physical healing, to get out of my head, and to unit body with spirit. I practice to be self aware of my thought patterns & behaviors. Mindfulness puts me in a better place to make decisions when dealing with life's ups and downs.
Why I Teach
I teach to educate students on their body’s own ability to promote healing. I encourage my students to become more curious, more compassionate, and more appreciative of their miraculous bodies.
