I get my inspiration from my teachers and fellow students. I enjoy seeing people grow and progress in their practice, on and off the mat.
Why I Practice
I Love yoga. My physical and mental health is stronger, because I practice. I have less migraines, and my constant state of insomnia has improved.
Why I Teach
I love helping people harness the physical and mental power they didn't even know they had. I am rewarded when my students are happy to come to their mat and keep practicing.
