Why I Practice
I came from a world of dance and was influenced to look outside myself for approval, acceptance and the like. After I seriously injured my back and my career ended, I was lost. I began practicing yoga in my early 20s, and as each year passes, I find deeper layers of wisdom and strength in myself. Yoga has given me so much - I am grateful.
Why I Teach
I guide my students to know their bodies more intimately, creating a space and preparing them for the more profound aspects of yoga. Underneath the layers of the body and mind, is the sacred energy that connects us all… holding a space for this very personal transformation is why I teach.
