Why I Practice
I practice Asana to keep my body healthy. I practice Yama and Niyama to maintain my integrity with other people and myself. I practice Darna and Dyana looking for insight into who, after all, I really am.
Why I Teach
It is an immediate way of helping people become more comfortable in their bodies. The light in their eyes when they accomplish a posture is pure joy. When they come regularly, I have a new friend.
