My practice makes me feel grounded, spacious, and happy. It helps me be present and connected in my relationships with others.
Why I Teach
I love sharing the benefits of yoga with others. It is amazing to create a space where people can focus inward, recharge, and connect with themselves. Teaching also keeps me committed to my own practice and ongoing learning.
