Why I Practice
Yoga keeps me in touch with my own body, and has changed how I deal with stress and health issues. It is a great way to learn how your thoughts and emotions affect your body!
Why I Teach
Helping students understand their bodies, how they work and how they move, is a wonderful thing. Watching them change and relax, either as they learn new ways to move to reduce discomfort or as they prepare for the birth of their baby brings me back to class every day! Hearing how their yoga practice gets my prenatal students through their birth is awesome!
