Why I Practice
Pilates helps to create the long, lean look that I've always wanted, while keeping my core super strong and putting all my joints through a full range of motion during a class.
Why I Teach
Pilates is the safest form of exercise that all types of people can benefit from; men, women, old, young, athletic, overweight, dancers, weightlifters, yogis, etc... It will improve flexibility, strength, and form.
