Why I Practice
I practice to develop balance in my life with all of my other fitness activities to create a strong mind and body. Yoga gives me the ability to shut down my mind, sweat out what needs to go and create more love and joy in my life.
Why I Teach
I love what I do, it's not just my job, it's my passion and lifestyle. I teach to offer a practice to students where they can challenge themselves, sweat and mold the body they were given to sculpt. Yoga is a beautiful balance to other fitness activities and I love to give people the gift to move.
