I keep coming to my mat to release my attachments and aversions, and to burn off the crazy.
Why I Practice
Yoga keeps me grounded amidst the chaos of life. It helps me stay strong physically, mentally, emotionally , and spiritually. It helps me connect with my Higher Power.
Why I Teach
I find peace through the practice and I enjoy offering that to others. My hope is my students will awaken to the light of their own true nature, and let it shine.
