Why I Practice
I practice Yoga because it offers many ways to care for the health of my body, transform my thoughts and bring harmony to my emotions. It allows me to change in positive ways, realize inner contentment and feel abundant joy.
Why I Teach
Facilitating and witnessing those "aha" moments are delightful. I love the opportunity to share my uplifting, positive outlook through the practice of asanas and philosophical teachings. I am most grateful that I can be of service to help make a difference in people's lives both in and out of the studio. And I love teaching because my students are some of the most wonderful people I know!
