Why I Practice
A consistent yoga practice keeps me balanced in every aspect of my life: physically, mentally and emotionally. Balance gives me grace during difficult times and gratitude when life is good.
Why I Teach
I want to share my knowledge with others so that they may also find peace of mind. The mind/body connection should not be a mystery, but to understand it takes practice.
