Why I Practice
I practice to connect and reconnect with my center, stillness and authenticity - my full, conscious awareness in each present moment.
Yoga is a huge part of my daily practice and life - an energetic, emotional and mental hygiene. Yoga exfoliates, cleanses and tones from the inside out. Every moment, movement and breath allows me to release limitations and obstacles, creating more openness, expansion and peace within - to stay grounded and centered; to honor and be true to myself in every moment... and, to be in a state of pure possibility - enjoying and savoring every aspect of life.
Why I Teach
I love sharing tools and practices that help others to honor and to be true to themselves more and more each day. Seeing practitioners shine their authentic joy and smile from the inside out is such a blessing and a daily reminder of why I teach.
