Why I Practice
My yoga practice is my sanctuary where I connect my physical body, breath, mind and energetic system, and observe the internal shift that happens from this connection.
Why I Teach
Teaching is such a joy to me. I thoroughly enjoy sharing this gift and journey of yoga with others! We live in a time when our bodies and nervous systems are always being bombarded by external stimulation. I want to provide a sanctuary where the mind and the body can rejuvenate.
