I find inspiration through relationships and connection. My teachers, students, family, friends, animals, and nature all have a big impact on how I see the world. I love to see things from a different perspective; be curious, ask questions, listen, and be inspired.
Why I Practice
I practice to stay connected. The way I take action on the mat echoes real life, so I practice with that intention in mind. Practice helps me to know myself better and be more present in my life and with others.
Why I Teach
Yoga has made an invaluable impact on my life, and I love sharing what I've learned and continue to learn with others. I feel lucky to be able to support the space and time for students to be curious and intentional in practice, a skill that I believe changes our relationships with ourselves and those around us.
