Why I Practice
Yoga transforms not only my mind, body and spirit, but affects my day to day outlook on life. I love the way that Yoga keeps me physically and mentally in tune with my surroundings.
Why I Teach
I have a passion to share my knowledge and the feeling that I get from yoga with others. I hope to inspire people and give them something that they will become empowered by and my students can pass that knowledge and feeling onto others.
