My students, teachers, and the various ways in which yoga shows up in all aspects of life.
Why I Practice
I find that asana is an incredible, ever-evolving way to open up to playfulness, to create space where there is tension and ease where there is struggle, to connect more deeply not only to myself but to others without judgement. I appreciate the ways in which yoga has encouraged me to practice compassion in all areas of life, and how it is both universal yet perfectly unique to suit every individual and meet us where we're at.
Why I Teach
I am constantly inspired by the way in which yoga sparks mindfulness off and on the mat, and I seek to support my students in our each of our journeys of self-discovery, curiosity, awareness and inquiry.
