Why I Practice
My practice has allowed me to increase focus and discipline in my life. Over the past 10 years, it has provided a haven for me to improve my physical health and explore my spirituality.
Why I Teach
I am motivated to share the sense of openness and freedom that I experience in yoga with others. I enjoy the sense of community and connection that comes with the practice. I hope to encourage students to trust their instincts in the practice and to leave judgment and competition behind. One of my goals is to help students notice how they could challenge themselves.
