My wonderful kid yogis! trying new things, literature, my husband (who is eternally calm), being outdoors, people being their own weird selves, anyone who tries to make the world a better place in whatever way they can.
Why I Practice
According to ayurveda I’m a Pitta; fiery, determined, competitive, one of those type-A sort of people, a typical New Yorker! Yoga teaches me to slow down, breathe, to just enjoy the moment without worrying about what comes next and to hopefully flow through life in a more playful, relaxed way.
Why I Teach
I love connecting with people and trying to change the world for the better in whatever little way I can; even if that way is just teaching people to laugh a little more, breathe a little more freely and practice without worrying about being perfect!
