Why I Practice
I practice to reconnect with my true self. My practice helps to ground me when I'm scattered and to uplift me when I'm feeling depleted. Working towards a state of balance in my body and on my mat, helps me to create space in my heart and bring balance into my life.
Why I Teach
I teach to share the knowledge and awareness I have gained through my own yoga practice with others. My goal is to help students learn to slow down, connect with their breath, listen to their bodies and then ultimately learn to listen to their hearts. I integrate my knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics to lead a safe and strong alignment based flow class.
