Why I Practice
YOGA has the potential to elevate the collective consciousness, to promote and attract compassion, joy, strength, and a reflective intelligence. Using it’s eight limb path, we can experience on a personal level the transformative science and healing nature of the work.
Why I Teach
It is a joy to serve in the capacity of a yoga practitioner. It has led me to translate yoga in capacities like trauma recovery, physical rehabilitation, prenatal care, athletics, and children’s education. Although I personally practice Ashtanga yoga, I revel in the immersion of different healing traditions.
