Why I Practice
Yoga balances my energy and keeps me healthy, strong, and flexible. But more than that, I practice yoga because it helps me to be grounded and present. When I'm fully present, I am happier, my relationships thrive, and life flows easier.
Why I Teach
To support others in their self-discovery, transformation and health. Helping people get back in touch with their bodies and journey inward is an incredible gift and honor.
