Why I Practice
Yoga brings harmony to my life, physically, mentally, and spiritually. I turn to yoga for healing, restoring, calming, strengthening, opening, and centering myself.
Why I Teach
I want to share the benefits of yoga with others by helping them along their path. As I am also a physical therapist, I like to blend the Western concept of physical health with the yoga poses to help heal physical ailments, maintain and improve strength and flexibility, and to regulate the nervous system--all within the prayerful nature of practicing yoga!
