Why I Practice

Yoga makes me a happier, healthier and saner human being. Practicing yoga helps me cope with life’s inevitable twists and turns. As a new mom, yoga has been incredibly important for maintaining my physical and mental health.

Why I Teach

Yoga has had a tremendous impact on my life and I am eager to share the gift of yoga with others. I love helping students improve their overall health and well-being and discover for themselves the many benefits yoga has to offer.
