This event is the perfect way to find out more about what makes the YogaWorks method, and YogaWorks Teacher Training, the gold standard for yoga in this country and beyond. The session begins with a free hour class taught in the YogaWorks method followed by a information session led by the trainer.  This session is highly recommended for students considering our teacher training, as well as serious students of yoga who are curious as to what taking a teacher training involves and how to take their yoga practice to the next level.

Tuition
$3300 when paid-in full by June 6
$3450 when paid-in-full by July 6
$3650 after July 6

Tuition includes unlimited yoga at all YogaWorks locations starting as early as July 1-once paid in full.

Ready to take your practice to a whole new level?
  Gain a deeper understanding of the many layers of yoga, advance your practice, develop confidence and find your voice.  For those that want to teach this will mark the beginnng of your successful carreer as a yoga teacher. 

In this training you will learn:

• The proper alignment, benefits and potential risks of the foundational yoga postures
• Principles of anatomy and how they apply to each posture
• The science and art of sequencing a yoga class
• Hands on adjustments
• How to observe and see bodies
• The art of the voice
• Confidence though practice teaching
• Yoga history and philosophy
• An introduction into subtle body, ayurveda and meditation
• Sanskrit names of the postures

Graduates will be able to register with Yoga Alliance at the RYT-200 Level.
