Why I Practice
Yoga makes me a happier, healthier and saner human being. Practicing yoga helps me cope more easily with life’s inevitable twists and turns. Yoga has helped me to become stronger and more flexible, both physically and mentally.
Why I Teach
Yoga has had a tremendous impact on my life and I love sharing the gift of yoga with others. I enjoy helping students improve their overall health and well-being and discover for themselves the many benefits yoga has to offer.
My students, my children, the world all around me. I am further inspired by my own experience with yoga, which has taught me that we do not need to look outside ourselves for fulfillment--everything we need is already inside.
