300-Hour Professional Program

This is an advanced course for those who have completed a 200-Hour Teacher Training approved by the US Yoga Alliance. This process will give you the opportunity to express your creativity and unlock your potential. Oriented primarily around a strong mentor-apprentice relationship, students will refine their teaching skills, identify their area of expertise and set the foundation to master yoga as a life path.

Program Includes

  • 6 month apprenticeship with a mentor teacher which includes: Assisting a class once a week, taking a class once a week, attending 2-3 meetings a month with your mentor group. You will have the choice to choose one of the following mentors: Kim Manfredi, Sarah Cook, Jessica Crowley Ambrose & Monica Motley.
  • 6 Month Professional Weekend Workshop Series. Workshop leaders include program mentors plus Allison Korycki, Michelle Cagan, Jodie Rufty and more!


Training Dates & Times

September 17 – April 2,  2017
Saturdays | 10:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Sundays | 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Weekend Workshop Series

Meets once a month over the following weekends:
September 17, 18
October 22, 23
November 12, 13
December 10, 11
January 14, 15
February 11, 12
March 11, 12
April 1, 2

Weeknight practice teaching

One Monday night a month from 7:15-10:15



$2,800 if paid in full by July 1
$3,000 if paid in full after July 1
$500 deposit to reserve your space (this is applies to total tuition)
Tuition must be paid in full by the early registration date to receive the discounted rate.
Payment plans available off the full price plus a $50 admin fee (50% of tuition must be received one week before start date)


Completed a Yoga Alliance Registered 200-Hour Program. YogaWorks Bridge Program is not required for this Baltimore 300-hour Training.
