Yin Yang Yoga
For a completely integrated practice, this class combines a strong, heating, ‘Yang’ vinyasa flow with the quiet, cooling ‘Yin’ aspects of relaxing restorative poses. Yin postures are held longer (typically up to 5 minutes) to cultivate a meditative mindset and deeper physical opening.
Because this class includes a challenging flow sequence, it’s best suited for fit students who are already comfortable practicing vinyasa.
