Homemade Candy Bar Favorites!
I wish I could say I didn’t have a sweet tooth, but I’d be lying. And if I’ve learned one thing from yoga so far, it would be the importance of balance in all facets of your life. Candy is pretty much unavoidable on Halloween, and as with most pre-packaged foods, loaded with preservatives. So, if you’re going to be eating candy, why not try and make some homemade classics of your own? They are great to bring to Halloween parties, or to put in the freezer for future treats. You can also put them in mason jars and dress up with a fun halloween flair to surprise your co-workers at the office.
