I don’t know about you, but I always loved Halloween as a little girl. I would dress up as strong females like Supergirl and She-Ra (oops, did I just age myself?). It was a time to watch scary movies and go to haunted houses. We were so imaginative and fearless as children!
In honor of Halloween this month, we challenge you to tap into your inner child and DO WHAT SCARES YOU!
Whether it’s practicing a nemesis pose or not checking Facebook for a whole day (eek!), facing fear is empowering. Shine a light into the shadows, and the shadows no longer exist.
Conquer your yoga fears this month and share a picture on Instagram of you working on a yoga pose that scares you! Get creative! Be sure to tag@yogaworks @myyogaworks @sarahezrinyoga #dowhatscaresyou
And keep an eye out for my next post: 5 Reasons to do What Scares You (up next week)!
