Why Practice Hot Yoga at YogaWorks?
YogaWorks’ Hot and Heated Yoga Classes range from Warm/Heated (80-90 degrees Fahrenheit) to Hot (90-110 degrees Fahrenheit).
Regardless of the temperature setting, they’ll leave you feeling completely rinsed. Be sure to keep an eye on the schedule to distinguish between the two different experiences.
