What To Expect in a Kundalini Yoga Class at YogaWorks
YogaWorks offers the most classic, exhilarating and accommodating form of Kundalini yoga to our students. We recommend starting with a Level 1-2 class if you’ve never practiced Kundalini yoga before, and working your way up from there. Regardless of the class level, yogis should definitely be prepared to move. Release that latent energy. Leave feeling lighter.
