Situated in the heart of Chestnut Hill's newly renovated space at The Street, our studio is an amazing addition to this already wonderful community. Custom designed with eco-friendly details, our peaceful space features bamboo floors, lifestyle boutique, lounge, showers with purified water and changing rooms.
Our beautiful yoga rooms host an entire gamut of folks practicing: moms (or dads), students, seniors, single professionals, beginners, athletes and long-time practitioners.
Our classes focus on the best way to safely open and engage your body. Our goal is always to guide you to greater self-awareness, focus, and expansiveness. Sweat it out in one of our Vinyasa flow classes, de-stress with Yin and Restorative or Slow Flow, or familiarize yourself with yoga for the first time in our Basics classes. Our signature integrated fitness classes like CoreWorks®, BarWorks® and YogaWorks Cardio Flow will be a perfect complement to your yoga practice.

The easiest way you can get to us is off of route 9 through the Star Market entrance. We are in the basement of a medical building and our main entrance is the back of the building where our buzzing system will be placed. If it is before or after the business hours of the medical partners, you will need to buzz in at the back to get in.
There is free parking at the back and front of the building and access to the studio from both the front and back.

Anne Patrick and Stephen Wheeler will lead you through a yin and restorative yoga sequence, allowing you to release stress held deep within. This sequence will help you access and unlock tension to clear space in the body. In this very therapeutic practice postures are held for 3-5 minutes which allows the connective tissue in the body to open more effectively.
Throughout the yoga practice Reiki Master, Stephen Wheeler will offer Reiki to help guide you deeper into relaxation so that release naturally occurs in the body and mind. This introspective practice will allow you to be present with emotions and experience how and where they manifest in the body. Through rest and relaxation we can reset the nervous system, allowing for a decrease in stress, anxiety and fatigue. The workshop will conclude with a short meditation for healing, leaving you feeling restored and reconnected to mind, body, and spirit.

The Y12SR program presents a framework for addiction recovery that includes the cognitive approach of 12-step programs, the trauma healing approach of Somatic Experiencing and body-based approaches of yoga and mindfulness.
Using material from ancient texts, trauma research and modern neuroscience studies, we’ll learn how combining cognitive and somatic approaches can support changes in brain patterning. Y12SR training equips participants with the knowledge, understanding and application of yoga and the 12 steps. Participants will gain the tools to offer weekly Y12SR classes in their communities.

An accomplished teacher, speaker, and founder of Y12SR: The Yoga of 12-Step Recovery, Nikki Myers is a Yoga Therapist, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and ARISE Interventionist Intern. Based in its theme ‘the issues live in the tissues’, Y12SR is a relapse prevention program weaving the art & science of yoga with the practical tools of 12-step programs. Nikki’s work has been featured in the NY Times, Huntington Post, Yoga Journal, and Origins Magazine. She received the 2014 NUVO Cultural Visionary Award.
