Only a few blocks from the 6 train’s 77 th Street stop, YogaWorks Eastside is located at the center of New York’s Upper Eastside and surrounded by some of the neighborhood’s favorite restaurants, cafes and shops such as Candle Cafe, Joe Coffee and Free People. Our boutique-like space has been established in the community for many years and has a familial feel, with members, staff and teachers on a first name basis. Located only a few avenues from Museum Mile, it’s the perfect place to have a peaceful practice and then walk or grab the bus to see some of New York’s finest arts and culture.
Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, our schedule features an eclectic mix of classes including Gentle, Restorative, Yoga Basics, Hatha, YogaWorks signature classes and Vinyasa Flow – all taught by some of the best teachers in New York. We’re also proud to offer Yoga Tune Up® classes to complement and enhance your practice, and are the only YogaWorks location in New York to offer prenatal yoga. Whatever you’re looking for, our welcoming staff will be sure to help you find it! Our cozy studio has two beautiful practice rooms, an organic tea bar, and a yoga boutique with everything you need to start or expand your practice. Two changing rooms make it easy for you to dash to and from class.
Located on 3rd Avenue between 75th and 76th Street. The studio is just a block from the #6 train station at 77th, and can be easily reached by several 3rd Avenue bus lines.
We are on the second floor of the building, above Free People, between East 75th and East 76th street. No elevator in building.

Take the 6 train to 77th Street, walk east to Third Avenue and south one and a half blocks.
Located on the east side of Third Avenue.
Take the M101, M102 or M103 to 3rd Ave/East 75th, it will drop off almost directly in front of
the building, walk towards Free People and YogaWorks green door on ground floor.

Would you like to feel more comfortable with your hands down and feet up in your vinyasa class?
There often isn’t time or space in a flow class to break down the most common arm balances and inversions, so in this two hour workshop, we will focus exclusively on the essentials of lifting away from the floor. We will use creative propping, the wall, and effective alignment cues helpful for all levels of practice.
This workshop will teach:
Lauren Logan, 500-RYT, draws on the discoveries she’s made in 15+ years of personal practice combined with extensive training through the YogaWorks Professional Program and in Ashtanga Yoga at Pure Yoga. Her teaching style is understandable, practical, and most importantly, fun.

Full payment is required to reserve a space in workshops. All workshops are non-refundable. Cancellations made two weeks or more prior to workshop start date will be issued store credit. No store credit will be given for cancellations made less than two weeks prior to workshop start date.
