Not surprisingly, our students love to relax on a couch in our sun-flooded tea lounge with incredible views overlooking the wetlands and Mt. Tam.
Our Mill Valley studio has an exceptional roster of teachers, many with over 20 years of experience. In addition to the ever-popular Vinyasa Flow, our studio offers many specialty classes including classic Mysore-style Ashtanga, Iyengar and YogaWorks Cardio Flow. Typical students range from young moms, to older local residents, to experienced yogis and athletes.

Renew and revitalize yourself for the spring season as you explore nada (the yoga of deep inner listening). Enjoy an afternoon of strong vinyasa yoga infused with music, chanting, and meditation. Lesley will guide you through an asana practice that will focus on specific chakras associated with creativity, power and expression. Mirabai will incorporate mantra chanting throughout the yoga practice and offer a live participatory kirtan experience. You will learn mantras for protecting the mind, opening the heart, and strengthening your voice.
During this workshop, you will:
o Increase your focus and clarity for the upcoming Spring season
o Uplift your energy by practicing together in a powerful community setting
o Cultivate joy through chanting and practicing with live music
Mirabai Warkulwiz is instructor-certified through the Integral Yoga Institute, Greenpath Ashtanga, Restorative and YogaWorks. With over 1000 hours of yoga training, she has a passion for sharing these ancient yoga practices with her students. Mirabai is also Reiki Level 2 certified, studies Ayurveda, and is a kirtan musician who leads gatherings in the Bay Area

She has been a Lululemon brand ambassador (Brooklyn) and the Athleta brand ambassador for Northern California. She serves on the faculty at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, 1440 Multiversity, and YogaWorks.

Full payment is required to reserve a space in workshops. All workshops are non-refundable. Cancellations made two weeks or more prior to workshop start date will be issued store credit. No store credit will be given for cancellations made less than two weeks prior to workshop start date. YogaWorks is not responsible for any costs incurred for travel arrangements or accommodations related to this event.
