90 minute complimentary parking in the De Lacey Ave. Public Parking structure (a 4 minute walk West on Green St., in the heart of Old Town shopping.)
Metered parking on the Green St. and Colorado Blvd. bridges just past our cross street of St. John. ($1.25 an hour).
Parking at the Wells Fargo Parking Structure on Terrace Street (across from the Ralph's Parking lot between Green Street and Colorado Blvd.) is available for 2 hours for $2.00 with a validation (required and available in the studio). IMPORTANT: If you exceed the 2 hours, you will be charged the prevailing rate of an additional $0.75 for each 20 minutes up to $6.75 maximum. Vehicles must be moved out of the structure before the parking structure closes. All cars in the structure at closing time will be locked in for the night.

Have you ever wondered what makes Kundalini Yoga different from other styles of yoga?
Known as the “Yoga of Awareness”, Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic practice that incorporates movement, breathing techniques, meditation, visualization, and mantras.
Kundalini Yoga increases vitality and self-awareness; and teaches tangible tools for reducing stress, strengthening the nervous system, and balancing the glandular system.
In this 2 hour workshop we will learn about the history and philosophy of Kundalini Yoga, and practice a Kundalini Yoga and meditation set designed to help us relax and recharge. Kundalini Yoga is open to all levels and abilities -- beginners are welcome!
Lauren Maher is a certified yoga therapist and counselor who is passionate about helping people reduce stress and find a path toward health and healing. Lauren has been teaching for over 17 years and focuses on gentle yoga, therapeutic yoga for injuries and illnesses, and Kundalini yoga. She strives to make yoga accessible to all.
