The Prana Power Yoga Teacher Training will bring out your best and equip you to teach a transformative yoga class, through smart and safe sequencing. Your practice doesn’t have to be perfect, just bring your willingness to learn, your curiosity & an open mind. Our 200 hour Yoga Alliance certified training is a varied and comprehensive program led by a core group of Prana teachers. As a participant in the Prana Power Yoga training, you will leave with all the tools you need to begin teaching when the program is complete. You will study the alignment, benefits, modifications, verbal cues, and adjustments for each pose in the Prana flow. You will be provided with a strong anatomy curriculum and also spend a large portion of the training practice teaching and giving & receiving feedback. Beyond that, you will cover a wide variety of topics to expand your knowledge and understanding of yoga, including assisting, pranayama, sanskrit, and much more. 12 Weekends: October 5, 2019 - May 17, 2020

The YTU Therapy Balls can be used as an adjunct offering within personal training sessions, Yoga, Pilates, dance classes, wellness coaching, massage therapy, and special needs populations.
This training equips you to
- Maintain your body and prevent injuries using self-care strategies with the YTU Therapy Balls.
- Identify bony landmarks, muscular attachments, and fascia geography to enhance your teaching and personal daily practice.
- Deepen your understanding of pain physiology and how to use the YTU Balls to erase pain.
- Lead classes through step-by step, proven, whole-body exercises, approved by physical therapists, pain medicine specialists, and chiropractors, that can affect positive changes in the rotator cuff, spine, neck, jaw, hips, IT band, calves, and feet.

$40 Anne Patrick and Archer Stedmann will lead you through a yin and restorative yoga sequence, allowing you to release stress held deep within. This sequence will help you access and unlock tension to clear space in the body. In this very therapeutic practice postures are held for 3-5 minutes which allows the connective tissue in the body to open more effectively.
Throughout the yoga practice Reiki Master, Archer Stedmann will offer Reiki to help guide you deeper into relaxation so that release naturally occurs in the body and mind. This introspective practice will allow you to be present with emotions and experience how and where they manifest in the body. Through rest and relaxation we can reset the nervous system, allowing for a decrease in stress, anxiety and fatigue. The workshop will conclude with a short meditation for healing, leaving you feeling restored and reconnected to mind, body, and spirit.

Partners will also learn some hands-on labor support techniques to help mama through pregnancy and labor, allowing for a deeper connection in a fun and supportive way.
This workshop will help prepare you for the intimate experience of childbirth. You will cultivate connection, deeper mutual trust, and bonding with each other and your baby. Pregnancy is an ever-changing time and this workshop will incorporate ways to really become a loving team.

Self Care Sunday with Ray Mucci & Alecia Dayger Sunday November 10 || 2-4pm $35 || $40 day of This workshop is designed to support students at all levels of experience through an integrated sequence of flow and restorative yoga poses. This two hour practice begins with an hour slow flow and ends with an hour restorative practice. Throughout the workshop, a group of 4-6 assistants circulate in the space to provide hands-on assisting to deepen your awareness of your self, allow for the next level of relaxation and ultimately give you the opportunity to provide self care. Since 2012 this workshop has been offered monthly in the Cambridge space with our wonderful team of assistants. The first hour of the workshop is a slow flow vinyasa practice with an emphasis on mindful movement, breathing and of course, receiving assists. The second hour will unwind you with a restorative practice where poses and assist combine energetically to ease you into a state of relaxation. About Ray:Ray has been teaching Self Care Saturday since 2011 and has been involved with teaching assisting for many years before this. Back then, as the assisting team began to grow, Self Care Saturday was started as a means to support growth in the assistant community and a space to come together as a group to assist students together through a yoga practice. Ray uses mindful and simple cues to ease students through the slow flow portion of this workshop with the primary goal of creating space for students to mindfully move in a way that sets them up to receive assists, often teaching poses that are favorites to be assisted in.
About Alecia
Alecia believes that yoga is a healing practice. She structures her teaching to restore physical and mental balance. Her thoughtful cues help to illuminate patterns of tension and compensation, while inviting students to explore more effective ways of moving. Alecia utilizes breath work to anchor her classes in a present moment experience and provides space for students to be at home in their body.
