Why I Practice
I practice to protect my mind and body. I practice to push myself. I practice to nurture myself. I practice to cultivate peace. I practice to find my center. I practice because yoga knows just what I need, when I need it.
Why I Teach
I want you to feel strong and capable during and after class, physically and otherwise. Barre is a wonderful complement to yoga.
