I am inspired by connection. I am constantly fascinated by what makes me feel more connected to myself, to other people, and to the universe. I am inspired to find what makes me feel most at peace.
Why I Practice
Practicing yoga brings me peace, clarity of purpose, and a feeling of connection. Yoga taught me how to feel, not just my body but also my heart and spirit. I practice because it is a never-ending, fascinating science experiment about how to be my best, most joyful, most peaceful self. I practice to explore this wild life and all its ups and downs and to never stop learning.
Why I Teach
I teach yoga to create a safe, supportive space for my students to explore their individual experiences. I teach to give my students the tools to get into feeling, and use the information to make choices that are in alignment with their hearts, bodies, and spirits. I teach because it delights my spirit to empower my students to use the yoga practice to connect to themselves.
