Movement is a part of my life. It helps keep me grounded, and it helps me feel better on all levels -- physical, mental, andemotional.
Why I Teach
I LOVE what I do. I love to watch people learn and grow and evolve. If I can be a part of anyone's shaping and development, then I am fulfilled.
