I continue to be inspired by yoga's ability to change someone's mood (or even their whole outlook on life) after even just an hour!
Why I Practice
My yoga practice helps me stay focused on those things in life that really are important to me; it brings me back to the center when life's challenges (or even just it's fast pace) threaten to veer me off to the side. The physical practice with strong focus on the breath makes me feel open to possibilities
Why I Teach
Yoga is uplifting. Even the most simple tools of yoga can have a profound impact on someone. I'm lucky enough to have access to these tools and I feel compelled to share them with others.
I think the practice of yoga makes people a little kinder, and I'm just doing my part to share the kindness.
