My teaching style is inspired by Power Yoga originated by Bryan Kest, vinyasa flow, gentle, yin, and restorative yoga.
Why I Practice
Practice began for me as a positive mode for stress relief. With consistent practice since 2014, I have found so much more. As an audiologist that specializes in vestibular or inner ear related dizziness, vertigo, and balance issues, I see the value in the asana and pranayama practice for promoting long term health and sense of equilibrium. Practicing is key personally for cultivating balance in life.
Why I Teach
I teach because I love helping people find ways to connect with their bodies and minds. I love teaching fun flows to encourage individuals to play, yet practice safely, to find what works for them and have agency with their capabilities.
