Why I Practice
After overcoming a traumatic ATV accident when I was 15, I was determined not only to push myself to walk again but to find happiness in my own skin. Through my struggles, and journey during recovery, I somehow found yoga after so many years. It lifted an immense weight off my shoulders and guided me through positive experiences that have fueled my love and appreciation for the practice.
Why I Teach
I'm motivated to give this same inspiration to others and help people to find their center and inner happiness. Through patience, intention, and consistency, I hope to guide people through their mental, physical, and spiritual journey.
