Why I Practice
What I love most about yoga is that it can be whatever we need it to be at any particular moment: a stress relieving release, an intense physical challenge, the ability to breathe when life gets challenging, or merely the gift of presence to notice when life is beautiful.
Why I Teach
I believe that we are all yogis at heart. My classes help students to be present on and off the mat and to love and appreciate individuality. My goal is to help students develop a strong body, and a healthy joyous spirit so that they may rejoice in their true selves. I teach fun and energetic flow classes with some funk and soul music thrown in! My hope is to inspire students to challenge themselves physically, spiritually and emotionally by encouraging them to allow and make space for change.
