My inspiration is my community, watching people of all ages and backgrounds come together to practice and leave share in a positive environment.
Why I Practice
I practice because yoga has been something that has not only helped me become stronger physically but mentally as well.
Why I Teach
I teach because I love to show people new ways to move in their bodies. I enjoying using traditional asana practice mixed with new not-so-traditional sequencing to build strength and improve flexibility. Sometimes we can get stuck in the same routine, and our minds know what is about to happen next. In my classes, I enjoying keeping my students on their toes and having a fun and exciting practice.
