My inspiration comes from the small changes I witness from students as they practice and connect to their breath, move with intention, and have fun.
Why I Practice
I practice yoga as a way to cope with stress and anxiety and to move my body. I also enjoy the journey of self discovery that yoga has taken me on in order to live and thrive through self love.
Why I Teach
I teach yoga because it changed my life forever and I want to share with others the power of healing and transformation that yoga has.
